Halloween doesn’t have to be unhealthy, so instead of sweet treats why not try our easy cheesy eyeball recipe? These cheesy eyeballs are made from mini Babybels, and are bound to appeal to even the pickiest eaters and are packed full of calcium. They can be prepared the day before as well!

- Remove the wax covering from the cheeses. Using a clean paintbrush with a fine tip, carefully paint blood vessels on the eyeballs.
- Cut the olives into thin slices and dry with a paper towel.
- Place the olive slices on the ‘eyeballs.’ Use ketchup to fill in the centre of the iris.
